Mtg began 7:30 AM

Substance abuse & tobacco draft policy reviewed. Discussed need for continued work on wellness policy to present draft to P&C as soon as possible. Copies of working drafts to be submitted to Jeff for review/discussion at next P&C mtg on 6/19/06.
