PS:  For those of you who are unaware, David Ely resigned from Chartwells in November but worked through a month transition in training Donna Bartolucci to be the new manager. The fryers were replaced with the new bake ovens while the school was closed during the teachers strike. Donna tells me that french fry sales are at 80%. They are using up the fries prev ordered that would have been fried and will be replaced soon with ones that are prepared specifically for baking.
