Minutes

The Committee looked of over the results of the recent survey.  We held an informal discussion, but didn’t come to any firm conclusions.

  • We were satisfied with the number of responses, 72.
  • While there were criticisms, most people reported that they were informed one way or another.
  • Most people reported reading “The Greenie”
  • Many people expressed frustration with the intercom and the daily bulletin
  • It was suggested that the committee recommend certain guidelines for different modes of communication, for example a limit on the number of times an item would appear in the bulletin.
  • It was agreed to give the results to Diane Stacy and invite feedback.

We will have a final meeting for the year at which time we will plan a course of action for next year and recommend any changes we feel should be implemented over the summer.
