Communications Committee Meeting
Minutes
Present: J. Desmarais, Myrna Miranda-O’Neill, J. Higgins, B. Phillips, Mike Gilbert, J. Maher
1. Draft of proposed communications survey was discussed and edited. Thanks to Peggy Ward for preparing the draft.
2. It was decided to have department heads distribute and collect the survey.
3. Results of the survey will direct the committee’s future activities. Results will be published on the design committee web page.
4. Mike Gilbert reviewed distribution plans for the Campus Pride newsletter and adjustments were made.
5. Jeff Maher updated the committee on plans for a new sign for the main entrance which will allow for the posting of upcoming events. It is expected to be in place for the start of school in August.
